Restless Legs More Condition_symptoms Restless Legs?

Restless Legs? - restless legs more condition_symptoms

And more restless legs. I am 20 weeks and 5 days pregnant, here lately my leg or restless legs suddenly in the middle of the night. I mean, I feel like a tingling, or as if they have started to fall asleep. I've heard this can be related to pregnancy ... How can I block or less of a problem?

I've had during my second pregnancy. Stretching a calcium and a long walk before bedtime, are the only things that have helped me. Medicines that are not for the restless legs syndrome safe during pregnancy. Sometimes help is a hot shower could. Good luck and congratulations!

My legs were crazy excited towards the end of my pregnancy. I remember the theater, and it is a pain, all piled in narrow rows, with no leg room. LOL

The only thing they found was that helped me keep going. But you have to sleep sometimes. I'm not sure that much can be done (apart from avoiding caffeine, etc.) at night.

Congratulations on the pregnancy and said that it has (in a few months for good or ill will!)

I have RLS and everything that helps me, it's ok to take Tylenol and that's when you are pregnant and even worse is when you are pregnant, because there's so much to do! Congratulations and God bless
